Aims and Scope
This work presents theory and methods to study electron densities and dynamics in solids, from static-relaxed up to meta-stable electronically excited structures. The authors cover structure analysis from its beginning in 1912 up to femtosecond X-ray pulses while focusing on new ways of analysis and modeling of structures and electron densities in non-equilibrium states.
