    Aims and Scope

    The VORGESCHICHTLICHE FORSCHUNGEN series was established in 1924 by Max Ebert and appears irregularly. It publishes comprehensive studies of central and methodological significance on European prehistorical archaeology. The main emphasis is placed on the pre-Christian era since the Neolithic Age. A study of the Neolithic Age in Central Germany is currently in preparation.
